Since last version upgrade, it's not possible anymore to activate alarm from the app : I get error message "there are no commands available for this area". Edited : I found solution excluding one inactive zone, which was preventing alarm activation.

When password is lost, please clear cache in settings, all made changes will be deleted. Just have to set up the panel again

App works fine until you forget your password. Reinstall app password still block. App should remove password protection also. Used clear cache all working fine now thanks team

Since the last version, a PIN code is requested when you connect. I understood that the PIN code is equivalent to the personal code to activate/deactivate the alarm. But in the previous version, there was a numeric keypad that was displayed to enter the code, and now it is the standard keypad as if you were typing SMS. This is contradictory because only numbers are accepted. Can you correct this?

Worked alright for a while. Always slow to connect and log in. Sometimes an event or notification happens quickly, sometimes 20 minutes later, sometimes not at all. Recently it has started repeating notifications. Like "user access granted" and "alarm set" and then the same notifications (for the singular event) come up again five to fifteen times for the next twenty minutes.
