JUST crap....crap customer service, terrible app I have a galaxy note 3, anytime I select a channel to watch or record the app crashes. Everytime. I have been back and forth with their "support" team who honestly have no clue what the hell they are doing and ask redundant questions just stabbing in the dark to find a resolution. I was told they would get back to me and finally after no response for several weeks, I contacted them only to be told they have an issue with the note 3. Yet there are many note 3 users here posting recent positive reviews. :/

Recently Crashing Recently Aereo had been crashing on my Moto X every time I select watch, record or delete. The app had been working perfectly until a few weeks ago. I like the UI. It usually opens quickly. However I might have to unsubscribe to the service if the issue isn't resolved.
