This app is awesome, it took a minute for everything to line up. Keep in mind that cox employees are having to learn the new system on the fly. I can stream from my cell phone or my tablet. Live channels are not available without Wi-Fi. There are over 100 channels available to watch. So slow your roll and seek patience instead of ridicule.

Does not recognize my username and password just about every time outside my home. I have to go to Spectrum website, login then go to watch tv just to watch outside my home. I pay too much a month for this not to work. FIX THE LOGIN ISSUES

Well spectrum is really getting bad they're always having these outrageous for days not an hour not a day days and you and all their it's very expensive this is not a good place to get Wi-Fi internet there are a lot of others place

The app logs out 2-3 times a week. The bigger problem is the goofy way you have to type your username and password. Hopefully spectrum will hire some professional app developers soon. Maybe they could even figure out how companies like Netflix and Amazon allow you to log in with a QR code! We did talk to a Spectrum customer service operator who stated that "This is done to protect us"
