My TV, in my M/B, blew out. My phone has come in handy, when I want to watch in my room. Some months ago, I was hospitalized, for a week. For some reason, I was lodged in the E/R, the entire time. This is when I first became acquainted with, my TV service on my phone. I was in a hospital bed in an exam "space", in the E/R. I like this feature on my phone. I love Spectrum. The package deal that includes local cable plus 8 different streaming channels for $150 a month is not too terribly expensive for someone on disability.

Dumb app tries to control how long you can stream, I like to keep all my tvs on in my house as noise and this app shuts off after 24hrs, no option to turn that setting all the way off. I got rid of all my receivers to get my bill under $200 and guess what, after a couple bills of $180 it went up to $217So until there is a way, one star. I'd rate it no stars tbh with how bad im getting ripped still paying $217 a month for this garbage, I pay for the service, I should be able to use it as I please.

The Spectrum app for Samsung TVs could greatly be improved. Why is my most expensive monthly streaming app the only one that won't automatically open as my last app on my Samsung tv like ALL my other streaming service apps will do. It is 2026, not 1996. Get this fixed.

Fix the TV app + Guide filter. It would be nice if you can fix the guide to make it stay on desired selection. I hate going into the guide all the time and select 😒 Latino channels all the time. It would be awesome if you can fix that, so I don't have to change it for my parents all the time they want to watch tv especially in there age. Make it easier for everyone that way they can have there favorite selection and favorites stay on a not go back an always have to change it over and over.
