Very smooth app. Thank you for the wonderful transition. I would recommend you add card management features whereby I can block or unblock my card myself if I suspect any fraudulent activity or lost the card. It's not every time you reach customer support in time. I would also recommend you guys provide an opportunity to buy airtime using Nostro account and to also link my Nostro account to my ecocash USD wallet. Thank you.

I'm failing to install this application and it's frustrating. It keeps telling me that the application will be installed soon but to no avail. I can't even enjoy the application. I'm kindly asking for assistance from AFC staff. I don't know if it's my phone or the application

Only the color looks good. Besides, nothing to write home about. It's actually a pain especially in low network areas. And half the time it deducts your account a mumber of times. Lots of reversals. You are simply a pain AFC.

This app is designed with a direct intention to steal money from clients. When you log in it doesn't show balance but a "refresh balance" button. When you click to show balance you are charged a balance inquiry fee equivalent to $0.50 usd. Anything you touch there might be charging you, refresh balance to check!
