The most lousy bank app I ever had. None of my other bank apps will force me to keep login the app frequently just to prevent the app from becoming dormant. Do you know that dormant account means my bank account no longer in used for years? I still having active transaction it still can turn into dormant? If the dormant is not meant for the bank account but the digital app, please don't use misleading words. Tried to reactivate the account but kept failing to approve via the app. I'm so stuck.

I cannot open this app it says my Norton 360 app is a malicious app. I cant do banking on it. PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Seriously lousy apps, the account got deactivated, need to reactivate but whenever I reached the last steps of changing to new password it hangs, not once, not twice but more than 5 times!!!

Worst App and Bank ever. Already reactivate my account yesterday and waited after 12 hours.then asked me to reactivate again and now cannot anymore. Trying in app, it keeps on loading, trying on website, it asks me to open the app and asked me to approve the transaction. Never going to use Affin Bank again. Worst bank ever.
