The company is/was good for emergencies. However, as soon as you reschedule a payment date they get scared you are not going to make your payments. They disregard your history with them and will snatch your purchasing power. The app is relentless in bugging you with past due reminders for payments you have rescheduled. If you pay the bill early. They will still go in your account on the scheduled date.

The loan adjustment is a lie. They will charge you twice if you try to adjust a loan, so I've paid for this loan in full. Just use Klarna or something they seem to lie less.

Affirm was good at one point I just can't wait until I pay them off, and I'm parting ways you can't do anything with the services any more IDK why besides book a motel and book a plane flight things you can't do some I understand • Tobacco and drug paraphernalia Gambling • Money services • Counterfeit of unauthorized goods • Firearms. Knives, and weapons • Wireless service plans Utilities • Some subscription services • Digital currencies Loans • Insurance

Called customer service over a canceled order and was stuck with an unhelpful AI, that wasn't able to help or even get me to any resources. THE AI ONLY GAVE ME A REAL PERSON AFTER I STARTED CRYING. I was then connected to someone who spoke on a loop saying the same stuff from a script and eventually had to transfer me to a different department that should help specifically, okay great. That person also spoke on repeat from a clear script, t DO NOT USE REFER TO OTHER COMPANIES OR YOUR BANK.

So. Much. Spam. Why can't I skip past the screen asking me to turn on notifications? Why do I have to close at least five separate offer windows to get to the main app? Whoever designed this app hates their users and knows people will 'need' to use this for convenient payments from their phones. Trash, but slightly useful trash.
