ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I did a pay over time purchase. The down payment was $15.20. I canceled the pay in 4 plan and I still haven't got my $15.20 back in my bank account. ITS's BEEN 2 WEEKS. Literally never using this app again! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Made the mistake of getting the physical card. Have one payment plan through them and feel like the way they nitpick every purchase through underwriting to erode purchasing power makes me wonder if this was worth it at all.

Lowes double charged my order then reduced the price $130, and what did affirm do to fix this? They ruined my account so I cant use it after it said I was approved for another $1000.
