ONE complaint: the "show purchase in Amazon" link has not ever worked for me. Never! It's challenging to go back and find the Amazon purchase for which I used Affirm, and if I have a refund or anything like that, being able to look at the original purchase would be so, so helpful.

I love Affirm! Lots of stores to shop from, helped build my credit, easy to use app, and easy on your pocket loan payments. Not your average payment plan app but actual loans that really help to build your credit and make a positive impact on your credit score. And did I mention they give you several different options on paying your loans back?? You choose what payment option work best for you and your budget. Can't beat that! 😊❤️

Was very happy up until the past 2 months. Used them for multiple purchases. Never missed a payment, paid earlier than due date, more than amount due & paid some accounts off in one payment even though I had a plan. Now, I have no purchasing power at all! I've done absolutely nothing wrong and everything right, and I am still unable to get anything for purchasing for 2–3 months now. Once I'm done paying what I owe, I'm done with Affirm. Plenty of other split payment apps & options out there.

App is great. I've had it for years now but all of a sudden I have 0 purchasing power. Even though my payments are made on time and sometimes early. Up until today I've always had purchasing power but not anymore. Customer service is totally unhelpful as they cannot tell me why. Was a great service but it's worthless now.
