I had the 2 major service provides, the red & blue, for years, but I always struggled with billing issues, mistake on the line & inconsistencies, also to get through to the call center takes weeks if not months. But ever since I have moved over to Afihost, this process has been amazing, the customer service & support is brilliant, all services provides should be as organized and efficient as AFIHOST, it is such a pleasure to work with a company puts the client first and is so efficient. From struggling to get my router, now I am struggling to have a stable connection. I haven't had a stable connection ever since I received my router. I keep losing connection every time, It hasn't even been a month. "Don't test the speed, because the minute you do, the connection will be lost. If you have more than 2 devices watching something, you will lose connection" I have been emailing them, they told me they are doing an internal investigation but nothing. I haven't gotten any help.

I am really not happy with the Internet connectivity issues the fiber just disconnects by itself & it says no Internet connection please sort out your fiber network ASAP or else I will be cancelling my services with you.
