I had the 2 major service provides, the red & blue, for years, but I always struggled with billing issues, mistake on the line & inconsistencies, also to get through to the call center takes weeks if not months. I am really not happy with the Internet connectivity issues the fiber just disconnects by itself & it says no Internet connection please sort out your fiber network ASAP or else I will be cancelling my services with you.

Old Fiber line now client needs to pay nee fiber line connection Afrihost just say that the old connection was checked and fine. Struggling since new router was received with no internet

From struggling to get my router, now I am struggling to have a stable connection. I haven't had a stable connection ever since I received my router. I keep losing connection every time, It hasn't even been a month. "Don't test the speed, because the minute you do, the connection will be lost. If you have more than 2 devices watching something, you will lose connection" I have been emailing them, they told me they are doing an internal investigation but nothing. I haven't gotten any help.
