Not a bad app very efficient and helpful but the remaining one star is for the consistency of sign in failures every time you log off the app it requires you to sign in again which is time-consuming for me. Kindly fix it.

The last update is the worst especially the spouse, many spouses don't have marriage certificate and also the birth certificate. Please return to old app it was Okey

Fix the app to handle errors well, especially the form, it's so annoying. The form gives an error: type 'int' is not a subtype of type 'double' even when I enter numbers with decimals like 120.0. Please check the input validation

The app should appeal button for monthly contribution. Some us who are unemployed have been given higher monthly contribution which is unaffordable I there request the developers to put an appeal button so that we can appeal so tha those calculations can be done again and everyone can contribute to this insurance

It was supposed to be like NHIF where we used to pay monthly like salaried customers why this SHA has come to sideline hustlers we were used to afford NHIF now forcing us to pay annually or if not you forced to get loan, and you can afford to pay without having loans monthly premiums 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
