Medicaid pays my rides, but I will say this company by all means is the best company that I have ever taken and used in NYC ever and I would refer them to anyone that is taken any cab in NYC over any other. Thanks again Agape your the best I can not ask for a better company than the drivers are very courteous very nice extremely helpful in helping me out in every way possible so to say they are the best of the best that is this company and always will be in my book... I have Medicaid, but I must say by far this company is the best company that I ever have had in my entire life and I will recommend this company to any other Medicaid recipient or anyone that would like to have a car service that will pick you up on time when schedules and get to your appointment on time, or anywhere you need to be on time at the time of pickup and drop-off the service is wonderful, and I cannot ask for any better service from any car service other than this car service because this car service is the best car service that there is in New York City in my book. It's 100% recommended.

I have been using them every day, sometimes twice a day for the past few
months. Today I missed my confirmed appointment because no one showed up at
pickup time. After an 18-min wait on the phone, the dispatcher told me
someone would be here in 26 min or less. Still, no show. Called back and
was told they were having technical issues. Well I could have taken another
service if the dispatcher had been truthful! I called MAS and
switched services for my future appointments. I need reliable
transportation to/from medical appointments. I will miss a few of the
drivers, but I have to do what's best for me! As for customer service reps
there... Bye, Felicia!

Agape has been a reasonable car service, but today it was an epic fail. I
was on hold for 46 minutes and no pick up. They launched a new app, and it
was a total fail. I was unable to reach them nor did I get my ride for my
medical appointment. This new system they just put out is very obvious not
tested properly it should not have been launched on a Monday.... They
inconvenienced there customers a great
