★★☆☆☆ Does not work. After years of not being able to login, you can now login. They are now pushing the app from the website (like it is fixed). Although now you can login, when a customer contacts you, you are not notified. Zero notifications. You will get, COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND reviews. Dissapointed.

★★☆☆☆ needs a lot of improvement, also no option to delete conversations once sent.

★★☆☆☆ Lets me login, but wouldn't let me change status from away to online. Also wouldn't remember Account number.
