Contacted developer about all cameras not working with last update, and in 2 days issue was fixed. Highly recommend these cameras.

Lag in recording. Whatever triggered recording is already gone. Wish there was a button to save a picture of what is playing back on screen to a file on my phone. Zoom does not seem to work.

Constantly crashes. Constantly have to reconnect. Tells me a camera is "out of range" when I am 10 ft away. Cannot listen to, speak thry or hear any recorded sound. Period. Very basic controls. Doesn't always notify me. Even though everything is turned on. Cannot rename cameras. No info on recorded video list. U got to kind of guess or Open every one. Cannot zoom or do anything to video to see better. Live or recorded. I will be sending this camera system back cuz this app sucks bad

Frustrated! Expensive camera system, cameras work great, but the app access is a complete failure.

I am very unhappy with this app. We have lost our password and there is absolutely NO help file anywhere! Currently locked out of my system and zero help in sight. Cameras and alerts have worked great to this point, so really disappointed. I would be thrilled if someone could help me with this problem.
