Very poor app! Can't even get logged in to it today! App doesn't let you do standing orders, lodge offline checks, save money with round ups etc. like other banking apps such as Ulster Bank which I also use and online payments are a nightmare! I transfer money from this bank to my Ulster bank account and work everything from there with such ease! AIB need to get their act together and sort this app out ASAP!

As others have said, this app is ok - when it actually works! 'Technical issues' when trying to install security updates are a nightmare. You will enter the endless loop of doom! It is 2026 & I have no access to my own bank account online because of a 'technical issue'. I have reinstalled the app twice. Still the same problem. I need to move money between MY accounts but can't! Of course, they closed all the local Branches so that's not an option either. Very frustrated customer

Since this security problem update for mobile app I can't seem to log in, it's giving me the run around loop. Uninstall date time sorted, everything done on my phone as said online to do. Still nothing works. I don't want to log onto the online system as it takes time, my mobile app was easier to do. If I don't get it sorted I'm changing banks.
