Our AIB (NI) Mobile Banking (formerly known as First Trust Bank Mobile) App allows you to access a range of convenient features on your Android phone.

• Quick balance – View your balance without logging in • Pay up to £1000 daily to any UK account with Mobile Open Payments • Check your account balances and available funds • View recent and pending transactions • Cancel or replace your lost, stolen or damaged debit or credit card instantly • Apply for a Fixed Rate Personal Loan • Transfer money between your accounts * • Transfer money to any UK Bank or Building Society Accounts * • Pay bills * • Apple Pay – Add cards directly to your Apple Wallet • Quick Pay feature • View and cancel your Standing Orders • View and cancel your Direct Debits • Log in securely using Touch ID or Face ID • View and export up to 7 years of statements
*You can transfer funds and pay bills to existing accounts and companies already set up on your Online Banking.

Very poor app! Can't even get logged in to it today! App doesn't let you do standing orders, lodge offline checks, save money with round ups etc. like other banking apps such as Ulster Bank which I also use and online payments are a nightmare! I transfer money from this bank to my Ulster bank account and work everything from there with such ease! AIB need to get their act together and sort this app out ASAP!

Used the AI BNI app without any problems until quite recently. THEN SOMETHING CHANGED....it is now virtually impossible to proceed beyond Security Check." Please wait a moment" this prompt lasts forever, then followed by "Technical difficulties". As an AIB account holder totally dependent on this app, It is now totally soul-destroying!

Since this security problem update for mobile app I can't seem to log in, it's giving me the run around loop. Uninstall date time sorted, everything done on my phone as said online to do. Still nothing works. I don't want to log onto the online system as it takes time, my mobile app was easier to do. If I don't get it sorted I'm changing banks.
