This app critically need updates and serious work to operate on a standard level. Agents cannot easily view customers policy status or clients policies on certain devices, switching to a new device is war. AIICO pls take your technology seriously so u don't end up like blackberry and other failed apps & institutions. Stop living on the high hopes of past glory. If u dont meet up. U will be left behind and forgotten forever. The complains are just being polled up without resolution.

this app need to be properly develop to a normal standard..To log out is zero,to upload picture on profile is zero,many more to be worked upon in the app,the calculation aspect still need to be worked on cos it gives wrong calculations to online and normal hand workings...pls see to this for proper functioning.. Another observation for a week now,after inputing the OTP code the response is always " server error occured "..Abeg which server get error sey na una server abi the network wey i dey use
