While the drivers, and customer service, are always polite and helpful, the app however is apparently a toddler, who has yet to learn time. Every single time I expect a delivery, it goes something like this: Your driver arrives in 2.5 hours, and then after a while 1 minute, which can turn out to be almost 2 hours of 1 minutes. It's frustrating, esp. since my intercom has decided that sometimes it just doesn't want to cooperate. Please make it more accurate. Otherwise, I'm satisfied 👍

The support is super slow to respond, the app itself shows that the package will be delivered in 1 minute, yet it takes over an hour to actually deliver it, the delivery personnel don't put any effort to actually deliver the package to your door, I know they're stressed and when I'm at home, I always greet them at the door, so they don't have to run up and down. But for the most part, they are very unprofessional. They never deliver on time, plus their tracking has been broken for years now...

I had a bad experience with Airmen. First, I changed the delivery date in their app, but they still attempted to deliver my parcel multiple times on different dates instead of the one I had selected. The delivery timer in the app is also misleading. It counts down to one minute and then simply disappears. About an hour later, the driver suddenly attempts delivery. The delivery attempt was of two very quick phone calls. I looked away from my phone for just a split second, and the driver was gone

The courier was only beeping me. I tried to call them back, of course it didn't work. I didn't get the chance to answer with that short beep, 2 minutes later, I got the update in the app that they couldn't deliver, no second attempt to call me. I also just asked them to leave it at the door, so my presence it wasn't necessary.
