While the drivers, and customer service, are always polite and helpful, the app however is apparently a toddler, who has yet to learn time. Every single time I expect a delivery, it goes something like this: Your driver arrives in 2.5 hours, and then after a while 1 minute, which can turn out to be almost 2 hours of 1 minutes. It's frustrating, esp. since my intercom has decided that sometimes it just doesn't want to cooperate. Please make it more accurate. Otherwise, I'm satisfied 👍

The support is super slow to respond, the app itself shows that the package will be delivered in 1 minute, yet it takes over an hour to actually deliver it, the delivery personnel don't put any effort to actually deliver the package to your door, I know they're stressed and when I'm at home, I always greet them at the door, so they don't have to run up and down. But for the most part, they are very unprofessional. They never deliver on time, plus their tracking has been broken for years now...

Very bad customer service. They are too slow and lies ok their GPS. 2 couriers already didn't show up for 2 nights they said they will deliver. They made me wait til 11pm and after that they will say they can't deliver it. In GPS, it says the driver parked 1 min away from my place from 8pm and custome service says the courier is delivering, but it's a lie! They don't deliver! They are too lazy these courier making the orders delay! Can someone hire couriers that qre hardworking and do their best!?

Airmen has lost my package twice, and the worst part is their complete lack of response. No replies to emails, no investigation, no accountability. Both times the tracking claimed “delivered” with no photo and nothing at my door. A delivery company that can’t deliver and won’t communicate is unreliable by definition. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
