Shouldn't an app like this have some NHS branding on it? This would give us more confidence that it's the official app for viewing our records. When it fails to read my fingerprint, there appears to be no option to type the password: this is a disaster if my finger is injured, and, as a result, the fingerprint is never going to match.

This is not worth downloading. It's an absolutely useless waste of space. The only thing that it'll allow me to do is book a physio that I don't need. You can't book a doctor's appointment, a repeat prescription, or anything else that's useful. It's completely pointless.

Terrible design a backwards step for GP and patient alike the NHS App is far better, but linkage problems are getting in the way. Use the phone to get an appointment as this pile of rubbish is not the way

I had Air mid on my other phone but when I transferred to another phone I could not get back onto the site it would not let me change my password. The email would not come through. I tried many times. I have all important details on there and need them.
