One of the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. Booked a return flight ticket from Belfast to kolkata. Missed my kolkata return flight due to cyclone in India. which lead to Missing my other connecting flights. Toll free no given is not reachable. Tried every possible number provide on the website or the email ID. Even tried to contact through emergency provided email ID, still no help. Now stuck here at kolkata airport. Its really horrible the kind of service they provide.
