Like other people this app stopped working and would not go past the logo screen. I emailed the problem I was having, and within two days the developer updated the app. The update did not fix my problem. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app, and that didn't fix my problem. The next thing I did was go into settings on my phone, then I went to apps, and opened the Aidin app. I went to the storage & cache, and I cleared both, and gave app permissions needed. Then the app worked.

I got a cute little thermal printer earlier this year and went to print another label with it and now the app just never loads? What a waste.

It requires login and precise location to use. Documents have to be uploaded to the developers servers to be printed. Obviously they will be stealing all the data and selling it, or misusing it themselves.

Logged in today to make labels for our business and cannot find any of our saved labels! Tons of work just gone 😡 Now it won't even print a label, even though the app says the maker is connected and the label is recording as having printed in the print records. This is not a mechanical error either, when I tap the power button it still spits out Date/Time labels just fine. Unfortunately if you're reading this you've already bought the label maker, return it if at all possible!
