I have been using this app for over a year now. There have been a few times when its lost connection or had to redo the settings at times. It is frustrating at times but technology is amazing, but we all know it has its hiccups. Most the time if you haven't updated your app and have problems the easiest way to fix is to delete and download again. I give it 5 stars because this app has helped me with shipping labels for my business and a few custom stickers. It's got the job done every time.

The printer works as it should! THIS APP LITERALLY COST ME HUNDREDS $$$$ It's not directly compatible with EBAY. The label has to be saved as PDF and opened by Label Expert. The problem is it will randomly open the previously printed label!!! If you're not paying attention, it could be disastrous. USPS does not flag packages for duplicate labels. They are sent to the addressed person regardless. Getting said item back is near impossible.

Cant access the bottom of the apps page when trying to import PDF from my Ebay sales. Worked great, now is useless.

When I get ready to print the shipping label the next button is at the bottom and the backup arrow is covering it it doesn't work with a samsung phone
