This IS 5-Star App. Super Customizable. Being able to make custom templates for a quick custom look is MASSIVE. And PROFITABLE. BUT The APP is broken as of now. W/ No Alt APP to print My templates I worked VERY hard on constantly distorte/shrink when I go to use them and you CANT undo it. I feel as if I speak for everyone when I say The Lack of communication is uncalled-for. Update US. Don't be a bad developer Are you abandoning this service? Or are you trying to fix it?

Cant access the bottom of the apps page when trying to import PDF from my Ebay sales. Worked great, now is useless.

This app is just terrible when you need it to work in tandem with Ebay. When you stop using it for a day, it glitches. That first label I try to print, reverts to the last label I printed. I'm pretty sure I've been accidentally shipping 2 different items using the same label printed twice. This app is ruining my liiiife. Zero stars.

The printer works as it should! THIS APP LITERALLY COST ME HUNDREDS $$$$ It's not directly compatible with EBAY. The label has to be saved as PDF and opened by Label Expert. The problem is it will randomly open the previously printed label!!! If you're not paying attention, it could be disastrous. USPS does not flag packages for duplicate labels. They are sent to the addressed person regardless. Getting said item back is near impossible.
