Easy to use. Now we have 2 properties on the app I would love to be able to change the display color so that it is easy to differentiate between each one when you go to change status. e.g. arm or disarm.

Good so far. Would love more integration with other devices. Also, no Wear OS app is annoying.

Works fantastically with currently installed; 4 Mi7 armed response. When there is no electricity usually due to a fault the system can't operate. Other than that, very happy with this product. Just a bit frustrating when electricity is off (usually a fault)

Do you know what would be nice? An AJAX android auto app that I can turn on and off the alarm in my car driving home or leaving for work

Added the Ajax doorbell to existing system recently and really disappointed. Ajax are now more focussed on just making life easier for installers, so their products are recommended to the customers. You will need to pay for NVR/Cloud and upgrade hub. App very restrictive. As an end user, will not recommend.

Imagine moving into a house where an unfamiliar, wall-mounted plastic box with no buttons, no display, no markings, codes or numbers, and 2 white plastic fobs with alien markings on them are, you are told, your security system. You download an app that has no easily-found set-up guide, but abstract language about 'space' and a command to add 'devices' to your 'space'. Neither the front-door contacts nor the 'fobs' (the only devices you can find) have a scannable or numerical code on them. The end

Unfortunately, security notifications in the app are useless as they 10 or more minutes delayed. The IOS app gets notifications instantly, Android does not. The app on android has no data saving, battery saving or background service limitations and has been tested on Samsung and OnePlus phones with the same result.
