The app is quite good. Nice UI and all. But the service delivery is very poor. Maintenance tickets take weeks to resolve (most times it takes more than a month to resolve). And of course you need to take leave from work during every visit from maintenance team since their timing is 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. They're saying they offer maintenance on Saturday's, but never seen anyone on that day.

The app is meant to be an issue management and resolution tool for tenants to communicate with management. Here are some problems: The fields available for issues are too limited. There is no defined resolution period. Maintenance does not take place during the selected slot. Tenants are not informed of maintenance visits in advance, or at all. The app is just a placebo measure with no tangible benefits.
