I have used this app for years and while it's been applicable, I would never have considered it to be particularly "user-friendly." That said, as of the latest "update," I've completely lost faith in this app's ability, to be even the least bit "functional!" I've been trying for more than an hour now, to use "App folio" to pay my rent (as I've done monthly for years), but all to no avail! I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app & even cleared my cache, but I can't even get to the login page!! 😖🤬

"Upload current policy" not an option, takes me to purchasing a new policy. I'm not buying a second renters insurance
