I literally could not live without this app! It is 100% the only app I use for my job. That being said I still think it is amazing! There's a few ideas I have that I feel would make it better but hey, I'm not a developer they are! Five stars all the way

I use it for work and It's awesome for submitting my invoices with pictures and notes only wish I could upload more pictures than 10 at a one times but it's great.

The app is absolute garbage! The concept is great, but otherwise, the whole platform is way too slow whether run through the app or a web browser. As a field tech for a property management company, this is my first time using App folio, and I can say without a doubt I would never work with this product ever again. Unbelievably slow! So slow I can wait 15 minutes for photos and notes to upload. Crashes a lot. And for reference, I have a newer phone with minimal loaded on it. Stay away!

In concept the App folio is a good idea. The app itself does not work very well. Several bugs. The app kicks you back to the dashboard constantly, logs you out on a regular basis, sends messages on its own amongst several other issues. They are very proud of all the things that they update and the use of AI but the issues that make the app hard to use aren't ever addressed. A 1-star rating is being generous.

One of the worst apps to do inspections on. Save your time and use literally anything else. A polaroid camera would be more efficient than this trash heap of an app.
