The app is great but all of a sudden the notifications stopped coming in saying I had received a message in app folio. My notifications are on for this app so not sure why it stopped working. I wish someone would help me with this.

I use it for work and It's awesome for submitting my invoices with pictures and notes only wish I could upload more pictures than 10 at a one times but it's great.

Appfolio actively makes housing in America worse. Appfolio is a company that inserts itself between tenants and property managers and severs the communication between them. Appfolio does not provide any kind of support for tenants, yet every tenant is forced through their platform. If you call them, it's an AI bot that only accepts sales calls. Appfolio sends unlabeled 'no reply' emails from the property managers email address so when you reply to app folio it's a silent dead end.

The app doesn't accept my email or password that I just created and able to use on the website. Garbage!

In concept the App folio is a good idea. The app itself does not work very well. Several bugs. The app kicks you back to the dashboard constantly, logs you out on a regular basis, sends messages on its own amongst several other issues. They are very proud of all the things that they update and the use of AI but the issues that make the app hard to use aren't ever addressed. A 1-star rating is being generous.
