I literally could not live without this app! It is 100% the only app I use for my job. That being said I still think it is amazing! There's a few ideas I have that I feel would make it better but hey, I'm not a developer they are! Five stars all the way

I've been forced to use this app for my work for six years. I've emailed, I've chatted with your AI bot and even back when you had real human people on the other end. I don't remember one time I got any real help with an issue. I can't remember an update that improved things for my workday. This app gets harder to use via phone every year. When your actual company name begins with the word app and companies pay for your "app" it seems like you'd have an person who could respond to issues

No longer works for conducting home inspections. Very frustrating. It would be faster to draw the pictures by hand and mail the notes handwritten. App Folio no longer saves notes or uploads photos to inspections, making it useless for property management.
