★★★★★ Update 3.17.2022 Just saw that this app won't be supported after end of month! Ugh! I downloaded the new version and quickly uninstalled it, a gutted, extremely lite version that is no comparison to this app, from what I saw. I'll enjoy this one while it lasts... +++++++ My choice over BBC for world news. Doesn't seem simply only regurgitate the mainstream stories.

Safety First 3/19/21 If you wish to find out what is going on in the other parts of the world Al Jazeera is a great source to use along with your other foreign (non-USA) news sources. Interesting, pertinent and timely articles with journalistic integrity, unlike some.

★★☆☆☆ I just read an opinion piece by Johnny Luk on Scottish independence. It was utter junk. Luk is a failed conservative candidate and a Brexiteer - his views are coloured by his politics. Scottish politics is dominated by the SNP despite a hostile media, we rejected Brexit by 62-38, we are allowed to keep a mere 8% of our oil revenues and the referendum of 2014 was subsequently proven to be voted for by a majority of Scots - Foreign residents living in Scotland were also denied a say. Utter Junk.
