We are thrilled to announce the launch of Alat Xplore, an innovative app designed specifically for teenagers to manage their finances and discover the world of savings in a way that resonates with them. This app also offers parents a partial view of their teen’s spending habits.
This release features a seamless onboarding experience for both teens and parents, along with exciting new functionalities aimed at enhancing the overall user journey.
Features:
Child-Led Onboarding Teens can easily create their profile on the Alat Xplore app by following simple, straightforward steps. Once completed, they can link their account to a parent or guardian for approval
Parent Led Onboarding Parents also have the option to take the lead by creating an account for their teen through the Alat app. Once the account is set up, they can invite the teenager to log in after their profile has been created.
Request For Money
Teenagers can request funds from their parents to top up their account at any time. The request is sent through the Alat Xplore app, and once the parent approves and acknowledges the request, the teenager's account will be credited with the specified amount
Cards Request
Teenagers can request their stylish debit cards directly through the Alat Xplore app and have them delivered to their preferred location. They can choose from a selection of three unique card designs, allowing them to pick the one that best matches their personal style and identity.
Airtime and Data
With the Alat Xplore app, teenagers can easily purchase airtime and data directly from their account. They can also save favorite phone numbers and data plans for quicker recharges in the future, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience every time they top up.
Saving and Goal
With the Alat Xplore app, teenagers can effortlessly save for their next purchase by setting up automated savings. They can schedule daily, weekly, or monthly deductions from their account, helping them reach their goals while earning interest on their savings.

The app is good but when I wanted to place an order of the card my phone switched off then when I charged it and tried placing the card again is said refresh then I refreshed it since then I haven't been able to get the card, and I think I guy should add a visual card

I've been trying to transfer, and it's not just going. I need the money urgently, and I can't transfer because it's not debiting from my account. It's freaking annoying. You guys need to work on your network. It sucks frrr Even till now it's still the same thing the money is not debiting from the account it's becoming very annoying. I'll never advise someone to use wema bank
