I’M HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR AKARM SYSTEM I CAN'T USE MY CAMERA U WON'T SEND ME A BETTER CAMERA NOT SENSORS U LEFT OUT OTHER IMPORTANT GADGETS THAT CAME WITH THE ALARM SYSTEM THE ALARM SYSTEM IS ALWAYS BEING TRIGGERED HACKED & WHEN I LEAVE MY HOME & COME BACK HOME SOMEO E HAS ENTERED MY HOME ALARM IS NOT TRIGGERING, ALWAYS ISSUES CAN'T TALK TO A SUPERVISOR I WILL BE CANCELLING FROM YOUR SERVICE🤔

DO NOT GET THIS SECURITY SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service is horrible, my system has NOT worked properly since I installed it. When you call the help desk every person you speak with says something different and never honors what has already been documented in your account. I am still waiting for them to send me parts for my front door sensor, still nothing, and it's been a month. Forget this contract, I am having my attorney look into this company. Spectrum promotes this company.

I called for technical support in changing the record time on one of my cameras. They asked me for my username and password for my app in order to assist me. I declined and asked they send me written instructions. They hung up on me. What good is a security company that gets into your system by collecting your password? I don't want them controlling my cameras and taken my privacy away.

Alder Security is HORRIBLE!!! Do not get a security system from this company. The monthly service is expensive, and they don't want to send out technicians for camera issues.
