Only thing I would change is the ability to permanently turn off the prompt to sign up for Digital ID. I bypass it every time, but it's annoying to have to decline every time. I don't and will never want this so please make this an option to permanently decline.

Every update brings a new problem. Last update prevents you from transferring funds as you can't select the Transfer To destination.

What is wrong with this banking institution??? It was presented clearly that during this "update" that cards and atms would still function normally. Not the case at all. Could literally not even get a balance inquiry at any atm, let alone the card didn't work anywhere anyhow. Left my family and I in a horrible situation. They don't have a clue what they're doing, and they haven't since I've been a member (13 years).

Rating would be zero if I could. Can't use app says it will not work with my phone. (Galaxy S8 Active). Called credit union, and they basically told me oh well .... No getting tech help to look into issue...just can't help. Been banking with CA FCU for around 45 years. Now no access to account except with laptop. A little tough to carry in my back pocket. Looks like time to move on to another Credit union. A member of two others. Pull money and use one of those.
