Best ITSA and Incident Response Platform I've used. Pager duty, matters, Ops genie, etc. all pale in comparison due to lack of out of the box functionality (High-code approach). Alert Ops has highly extensible and NO-CODE Features along with one of the best customer support teams I've encountered. 10/10 would recommend.

Alert Ops has been a fantastic product for our MSP. It was finally able to get us to reduce the noise of our after hours alerts and give our support team peace of mind. The support team at Alert Ops is great and assist with any issues you might have. Lastly, the customization you can do in the app is fantastic!

Whoever thought it was a good idea to make the back button close out of the app instead of go back a level deserves to be fired.

Not a fan of the new update. Seems they are focusing on making it more flashy than useful. Old version is much better. App keeps crashing when trying to refresh or see logs on devices. App takes a while to notify you of notifications.
