★★★★★ This mobile banking app from Alerts is back. All features running fine.

★★★★★ A good functional banking application. Simple, usable, includes banking functionality like mobile deposit. The loading times when navigating from screen to screen are a little slow, but it works so that is only a nuisance.

★★☆☆☆ The Alerts App is not recognized by major Credit Bureaus apps; like Experian. Tried to log in on the app to confirm payment history and was not eligible for a boost due to not allow access to Alerts.

★★☆☆☆ I can't log onto my app on my phone. Every time I log on it just load and loads. Not being able to check my account regularly is getting irritating and making me start to consider switching banks.

★★☆☆☆ Repeatedly having issues every so often logging in. Itll tell me im entering the incorrect information or won't read my fingerprint. Even after I reset it or reinstall the app it does the same thing... very frustrating when I just want to deposit money to pay my bills. When I call about these issues im told to reinstall the app, which ive done, reset my password, which ive done, log in using a computer, which ive done although I have little access to one available. Deposits take forever to clear.
