I have over 20 cameras working currently. I have no complaints what-so-ever of this app. Our security team can immediately zoom in on an area or a POI. We are expecting to expand to 12 more cameras later this year. The update to the software went smoothly last month. It is not too hard to determine the changes and the multiple layouts are a blessing. I highly recommend you use a combination of cameras, bullets, night time, PTZs, etc, that fit your needs. PTZ are absolutely needed for parking lot surveillance with the higher depth of field (120ft +) and 4mg pixel or greater. The mobile app works well and immediate on my cell (Samsung). This is a good system!

They should name this app Connection Failed. It's maddening just trying to watch recorded footage from just a day prior. You have reload the video feed over and over and over, error and connection failed message over and over. Eventually it either works or you give up. For what the Alibi system costs, it's VERY disappointing they don't have a better mobile app.

Since it updated cameras don't load or continually freeze. Could open app
and picture was there in a matter of seconds, now lucky if I can check
location in under 30 minutes. Certainly cannot monitor activity as system
won't remain functional long enough. Then I get to reload all cameras
again, and try to get them to pull up, yeah!!!
