I had a code for my birthday for a free bottle of prosecco. I put the order through with the code, but received no confirmation. The bar staff said they'd not received the order either. They tried scanning the QR code at the bar, but it was no longer working as had now been 'used'. They said other customers had experienced similar, but there was nothing they could do. Also, I just downloaded the app onto my new phone & it keeps saying 'failed please try again' when I log in. Big waste of time!!

Asked me to update, told me to sign in. Emailed me saying I've signed in from a new device. Then if I try to access the offers it tells me to log in. I press 'log in' and it says 'failed' and won't go any further. How does this shirt get through testing?!
