Whilst I love Miller & Carter restaurants, their app is not very good. I just booked a table using it, but I am unable to add the booking to my calendar. The option is there it just does not work! The same for trying to add my loyalty card to my wallet - the button does not work. I have been to Miller & Carter several times and never benefitted from any loyalty rewards because the app just does not respond how it should.

Not great because rather than just adding discounts automatically you've got to remember to add the discounts and request the loyalty points are added to your account. Plus the account is only for the app - I've had the app for years but book via desktop pc so there's no history of me going to the restaurant even though I log in to book the table. Then when you book through the app unless you show the QR code when paying there's STILL no record of you going to the restaurant.
