I always enjoy the ambiance of Ember Inns. The layout of the seating allows great choice and is often cozy. The staff are pleasant and the food menu is quite varied to suit all tastes and dietary needs.

The reward card has its benefits, but it would be better if the voucher is extended when a pub is closed under refurbishment. I recently missed out on a free pudding reward due to the Hemlock Stone closure for refurbishment.

We went to a 70th birthday in the beech tree, food was amazing, I'd definitely recommend having a do there, service was excellent as always even though they are rushed of their feet. If all the pubs were to close I think beech tree would be the last.

The worst pub food app I've ever used. It kept logging me out. It let me look at offers, but not order them! I had to go back out the app, order, then put my location back in despite it showing my location clearly on GPS... Google login blocked it as it doesn't meet security standards? It said I was 1300ft away from the pub lol. The whole time it was painfully slow to load anything, even with full signal. Prices were all different when I finally just ordered at the bar...ffs!!

Disappointingly slow and glitchy app. It doesn't show personalized offers, I had to log in via the browser to see them. Once you have ordered through the app it doesn't clear the basket if you want to order again.
