The reward card has its benefits, but it would be better if the voucher is extended when a pub is closed under refurbishment. I recently missed out on a free pudding reward due to the Hemlock Stone closure for refurbishment.

I always enjoy the ambiance of Ember Inns. The layout of the seating allows great choice and is often cozy. The staff are pleasant and the food menu is quite varied to suit all tastes and dietary needs.

We went to a 70th birthday in the beech tree, food was amazing, I'd definitely recommend having a do there, service was excellent as always even though they are rushed of their feet. If all the pubs were to close I think beech tree would be the last.

Came for Sunday lunch, the beef was cooked to perfection hot and very tasty, compliments to suzy and Jackie, and eve what a lovely young lady polite and attentive. 100% would recommend 5* all the way

Disappointingly slow and glitchy app. It doesn't show personalized offers, I had to log in via the browser to see them. Once you have ordered through the app it doesn't clear the basket if you want to order again.

App isn't fit for purpose. My reward card never accumulates stamps, and I've tried now on two occasions to order for takeaway. The first time the pub didn't even receive the order despite money being taken from me and the second time I was told on arrival that my order would be delayed by at least an hour. There needs to be something in place where the pub accepts the order and collection time before money is taken. You're putting your staff in a difficult position
