Confused... how is the app rated E for EVERYONE but yet it"can't verify my age"

App works on older smartphones and doesn't try and force me to upgrade a perfectly good phone like Dunkin does so after being a loyal dunkin customers for almost a decade I am now going to go to starbucks instead because the app actually works on my phone. Dunkin must be insane if it thinks I will drop $700 on a new phone i don't need to get their app to work...

Was a great time, except for the fact that a lady came in getting loud about a drink she dropped. With that being said the guy who was being screamed at handles the entire incident with tack. So bravo to the man, because she needed to be put in check. From what I heard she always does this. Bravo to the gentleman who handled the situation.

Impossible. I visited the Starbucks at the Zhongshan mall. They do not have a cash register, you must order through the app. I downloaded the app and when I go to select store, all the stores are closed. But I'm here at the Zhongshan mall, and it is open and I cannot order. What sense does that make? I will go somewhere else. There's a nearby lucking coffee, and they have no problem selling to me.

It used to work wonderfully but now won't allow me to open it because it says it can't verify my age. Google Play show my age verified, it's a Starbucks issue, but they refuse to take ownership.
