I love this app! It lets you know how you can order on each different store, and it lets you put gift cards that you can scan in the store, and it notifies you and gives you good offers! I am so surprised that today was the first t8me I even used this app!

The store itself was great as was the drink. I decided to try the 'free refill' that Target/Starbucks was known for. You have to order online/ through the app. Tried to no avail. Employees tried to help, no progress. I decided to look through the list. Each Target/Starbucks combo had "Online order not available" I'm sure the rewards could be worth it, but as for me trying and with help, and then getting nowhere, we gave up. Still got a drink, tasted great.

Starbucks for the first time in 14 years, I am not a gold member. Why you left all the amazing coffee flavors and are serving things I don't want, prices keep going, quality & customer service is going down. It's awful. All the seasonal coffee flavors disappeared for all your other drinks, I hate. I cant do energy drinks, &I can make my own flavored water packed with sugar. Thos has always been a treat for me, but honestly you don't have anything I want anymore, overtime I try its made wrong.

Ever since one of the major updates months ago I can't use my app for any purchases. I've tried reinstalling the app, deleting my cards and reading them, etc. NOTHING WORKS. I can't order ahead, cant use my cards, not even my gift card, I can't even scan to pay so ive lost out on probably over $100 worth of stars because every time I try to use the app it says "a system error occurred". My local starbucks employees said they've never had anyone experience it before until I mentioned it.
