Update 4/30: I emailed them as requested, and it was fixed within a matter of hours. ----- My auto policy doesn't show. I've called and asked the issue to be reviewed, emails exchanged as well, no help whatsoever. Thankfully their insurance business is much better than their tech department.

Update: email sent to the developer. Swiftly fixed the issue. Neither the app nor the website show my policies. It happend to me before. Also, I found another guy had the same issue in the comment below. Today I called the hotline, the rep said everything was fine on his end. Asked me to reinstall the app. And if it didn't work, he suggested that I register a new account. Then....he hung up... what an exceptionally bad experience. Not helpful at all!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this insurance company. The service was frustrating, communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Getting clear answers and resolving issues took far too much time. For the amount customers pay for insurance, I expected much better customer service, transparency, and support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. I hope management take

It is not working and is asking for the web ID number, which the Allstate insurance agent did not provide.

Been a loyal customer for years. Had my first claim. Sump pump failed in my basement and had to get a minor amount of flooring and baseboards replaced. Allstate called me back right away and set up the claim. It took 5 months to get approximately 400 Square feet of vinyl flooring and baseboards replaced. It is a basement rental suite. They reimbursed the rent for the first couple of months, and we are now in month 6 since the claim was opened, and I can't even get my claim advisor to contact me.

Worst insurance provider once you have any policy related problem with them. They will blame you for their mistakes.
