Update: email sent to the developer. Swiftly fixed the issue. Neither the app nor the website show my policies. It happend to me before. Also, I found another guy had the same issue in the comment below. Today I called the hotline, the rep said everything was fine on his end. Asked me to reinstall the app. And if it didn't work, he suggested that I register a new account. Then....he hung up... what an exceptionally bad experience. Not helpful at all!

Update 4/30: I emailed them as requested, and it was fixed within a matter of hours. ----- My auto policy doesn't show. I've called and asked the issue to be reviewed, emails exchanged as well, no help whatsoever. Thankfully their insurance business is much better than their tech department.

Cannot get the app because I did not get a username or password when I talked with Christine on the phone. I think that I have paid for my house, motor home and car and my insurance was to start on Oct 1st 2022. Send me my pink card in the mail as I have cancelled my policy with Wawanesa and I need proof that my vehicle is insured. I have to go to Valley view AB for my brother's funeral and if I have an accident I need that pink card as I leave tomorrow morning.

It is not working and is asking for the web ID number, which the Allstate insurance agent did not provide.
