Update 4/30: I emailed them as requested, and it was fixed within a matter of hours. ----- My auto policy doesn't show. I've called and asked the issue to be reviewed, emails exchanged as well, no help whatsoever. Thankfully their insurance business is much better than their tech department.

Update: email sent to the developer. Swiftly fixed the issue. Neither the app nor the website show my policies. It happend to me before. Also, I found another guy had the same issue in the comment below. Today I called the hotline, the rep said everything was fine on his end. Asked me to reinstall the app. And if it didn't work, he suggested that I register a new account. Then....he hung up... what an exceptionally bad experience. Not helpful at all!

It is not working and is asking for the web ID number, which the Allstate insurance agent did not provide.

Worst insurance provider once you have any policy related problem with them. They will blame you for their mistakes.

I would highly recommend anybody to use a different insurance company cuz I reported an accident claim over a month ago Victoria Brown is supposed to be my adjuster, but I haven't heard a word from her even though I left messages on her phone. As soon as my truck gets fixed I'm switching to a different insurance company
