App most of the time captures accurate data but sometimes fails to recognize the hands-free use of phone and wrongly shows use of cell phone.

Imaginary "harsh braking"!!! I am a very safe driver, NEVER speeding or using my phone (it stays in my purse), yet this app is telling me I used my phone! Once in a convenience store, at my work & a few times while parked! Ridiculous! I have THREE dash cams with GPS, they all record my speed and there was no harsh braking! Also, it randomly doesn't record trips and once I hit 600 km it makes up imaginary "braking" episodes, I bet just to make it hard to get the discount. STOP MAKING UP THINGS!!

I never used the phone while driving, but the app shows that I used the phone during one trip. This app encourages users to run the red light by counting normal slow down and stop as "hash braking". I was driving at 55 km (the speed limit was 60), when the traffic lights ahead turned amber, I slowed down and stopped very smoothly. The app considered this as "hash braking. This is absurd.

I was impressed at its tracking abilities to start, but once I realized it doesn't notify you of everything I was very frustrated. At the end of our term, the drivewise app said I had 0 brakes, 0 speeding occurrences, and 0 driving late at night. I race dirt bikes, so lots of times the braking and speeding are when I am on my dirt bike on private land. Well, the driving app sent to Allstate that I had 15 speeding occurrences (0 on the app) dropping my discount to 17%
