★★★★★ First up they pay you good. However, when it comes to transport it will be not up to your expectations as they pick ypu from the pickup point 2 hours prior and so the time goes on in TT. Also, another thing if you walk in through any consultancy the wait time at the company is okay limited... But if you directly walk in they make you wait hours and hours, so eventually you will do the breakfast lunch and dinner in Alorica's cafeteria!!! Shifts are graveyard too. Please check SOP.

★★☆☆☆ The app is slow before and after the update it does not load anymore. Lol. Best waste of memory space ever.

I was suffering from high fever during PST Training, but it was my last day of PST Training but due to high temperature fever I was unable to attend the training, but I informed all the trainers working in company but on the very next day I was somewhat well but still I contact with the trainers, but there was no response nd on the same day I was removed from the wave 27 WhatsApp group nd on morning 27th Sept
