★★★★★ At last! A simple toggle button that generally works! It can be a bit unpredictable the way it moves when you toggle, especially if it's caught under the roll-out menu at right. But I think I've managed a workable combination of position, size and controls. HOWEVER, it seems that all those issues could be resolved by adding a double-tap option (to toggle) that could be selected in place of the button.
