If you like a detailed war simulation this is a really cool game. The complexity maybe a bit intimidating, at first but inviting for a true strategy gamer. There's nothing like these games anywhere else, worth every penny. Good job Jon

Pretty good Reminds me of war games I would play with few guys in jr high....so far spent a few days playing and feel the pressure that Robert Lee probably felt with a smaller army. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. Could use more guidance on battle odds...seems fatigue and time plays a big role such that in 1862+ very few battles are won without extraordinary effort~ surrounded units even with low points that would have been killed easily in 1861 are almost invincible.

Basic drab and dull Run of the mill basic war game circa 1965. Nothing exciting or innovative or fresh about it. Like an antiquated Avalon Hill game with a phony Civil War theme draped on top of the same old dull framework. Blue VS Gray card game from 10 years ago is vastly superior

You guys make some of the best war sames I'm not sure if the era or this was an earlier game, but I would love an update especially one that let you choose sides you guys rock big fan hoping for the Vietnam era one to come out

Not much of a game, especially paid for. Found no unit options for building, upgrading or anything like it. All could do is move a troop

Unfortunately game become very unattractive, too much depends on luck. You cannot plan any strategy as most likey half of your units will be grounded due to mechanical breakdown or spending time in toilet. Very disappointed.
