This amigo is cheating company they are targeting sell sim card only Asian people without service they take money I used 2 months and I paid and cancel card but still they charge money another 2 months. They say free one month not free cheating company don't used this sim card

New account or any change in user data results in the app refusing logins. You have to call the helpdesk, so they can reset something and then it works again. App only shows usage data, no other functionality. E.g. changing the email is not possible, you have to call the helpdesk, explain everything 3 times, wait a few hours for the change to process and then: the app refuses your login, so you are calling the helpdesk again. This app feels like there never was any user acceptance test done.

This is a fake network, I enrolled for fiber net with mobile package in Colombo shopping center on Amigo kiosk on 29th of October 2024. I even signed the contract. The technician visited my home, informed me there is a problem in fiber connection. The other team will visit next working day and never contacted. The call center doesn't have any information, they always tell technician will visit every day hang up the phone. This is fake network where they just hold customer not to choose other one
