Great app for a great (though discontinued) product. Unfortunately, after the latest Android update (13), I can no longer connect to the AMPLIFY Remote app, despite the amp connecting to the tablet via Bluetooth. With the app no longer in development or supported, I'm concerned that this may be the end of my AMPLIFY experience. Any chance of an update, Line 6?

Great for practicing by kicking it up a notch and using it around the house with BT. 4 years later. Sept 2021 So after using it a lot, my only complaint is the UI. It is not user-friendly. If you are playing your set list and it auto pulls an assigned tone, sometimes the tone volume can be a lot lower than the song. You have to back out of 4 screens to get to the main menu. Not a true hamburger menu to have access to all the time. Oh well though.

Control over the amp is great. Tone search is great. Switching between tones is really slow (2 or 3 seconds which sucks in the middle of playing a song) otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. Update: Since updating my phone to the latest version of Android, the app no longer allows me to change tones. I now basically have a big Bluetooth speaker. I know it's not the latest tech, but I'm very disappointed with Line 6.

UPDATED 04/24/21 I was so hoping that Line 6/Yamaha would update this app, so it would work. As tens of thousands of others, I own a USELESS Amplify 150. The ios version of this app is slightly better, but the apps are useless because YOU CAN NEVER STAY CONNECTED TO THE BLUETOOTH. Amplify could have been a great product, but Line 6 ONLY GOAL was rip off all their customers. How they are allowed to still sell Amplify when it does not work and has never worked is beyond me. I use both the Android and IOS versions of this app. As with many Android apps, the IOS version is so much better. Small simple things should be added to the Android version such as the A-Z quick index on the right side when looking for a song as the IOS version has. Flow and functionality needs much improvement in the Android version. As for the Amplify 150 hardware... EXCELLENT sounding guitar and music playback.
