Recent update is terrible. Messing up all my numbers. My score only goes lower and doesn't seem to go up at all no matter how safe I drive. Other people are saying their scores are dropping on the days they don't drive. Been doing this for some time now, so I'm no fool to this system. This is our money being messed with, and we would greatly appreciate it if this gets fixed.

It keeps showing me all blank everything, and it takes forever to update at the beginning of the month...and it's not very accurate with the driver score or all the reviews.and there should be a place where we can dispute the claims that are against us.
