Please allow users to change currency from GBP £ to Euros € on the app, I have emailed this request already. If I can set the location to Ireland, I should also be able to adjust my currency.

Simply amazing this new Andersen app. It looks so slick, lots of information present. Well done, it's 1000 times better than connect+ The only thing I do miss is the chart for a whole year. If you can put that back, I'll give you 6 stars 🤩

App is broken again. Won't let me change the charge times. Whatever time I select it changes as soon as I press OK. Just need this thing to be reliable. Update: Following morning and the app seems to have fixed itself - times are now editable and save correctly. Charge was successful last night, but it took a while fiddling with the app to get the correct times in. Discussed with Andersen over the phone who were looking into possible bugs around the hour BST change.

Reasonably easy to use but let down by not providing accurate information for 3-phase chargers - the power used and cost estimate are only for a single phase and are one third of the true values

Very frustrating. Inferior to Connect+ app. Really disappointed. I preferred the Connect+ because of the data presentation. I would much rather see the data for individual charging sessions rather than a daily total. Because support for Connect+ is being discontinued, I swapped to the Andersen app this week. BIG mistake. It's so slow!! When I switch to schedule overnight charging, it asks me if I want the government default. NO! I just watch the wheel of doom turn while I wait and wait updating.

App constantly doesn't charge the car on the schedule. It tells me there is an error and that it needs to be reset. For goodness’s sake - if it knows it needs to be reset then why doesn't it reset itself. This expensive charger has been a huge mistake. There's a 10% chance my car won't charge each night. That is not good enough.

Nowhere near as good as Connect. Only shows last charge, 1 month or 1yr. If you charge twice during the month it totals them together!!!!! That's no good. Also, 1 year summarizes per month, so again you only see totals. Very very very annoying. Real BACKWARD step. I don't pay over a thousand pounds to install a premium charger and then get fobbed off with a down rated app. The Connect app listed each charge in a table or graph. Very useful. Please update this app urgently.

Used to be good, but now you can't make any amendments to charging schedules without the App crashing, so if you require an urgent charge outside a scheduled time it just crashes.
