★★★★★ App Needs an unmount. Works as advertised. Should have option to mount to actual filesystem to allow more apps use of this.

★★★★★ I have been waiting for an app like this for ages, seamless integration with the file explorer on android 8.1, have used many similar apps which are ususally file explorer with samba support that bomb out when copying large files! This does not. Top tip - use the network path in the properties of a folder share as the mount

★★★★★ excellent there is an android smb client. To improve: 1) make it possible to remember server settings (and maybe credentials) 2) make it possible to unmount properly (by clearing data cache i can achieve that.. but that is cumbersome 3) make it possible to selects mount point

★★☆☆☆ i have an openvpn connection to my router, which has connected a hdd via usb. in solid explorer i can see the smb share, navigate, edit it, etc. with this app i cannot mount it no matter what. tried both smb://192.168.87.1/hdd and \\192.168.87.1\hdd and password. nothing works.

★★☆☆☆ Just provides access to shares. Any good file manager does that. Claims you can mount shares. A mounted or mapped share appears like a drive or folder to the OS. Maybe Google devs should take networking 101 again.

★★☆☆☆ Doesnt work at all claiming access errors, so cannot really appreciate. Other samba clients do work nicely so sounds like a app issue
