Anglo Doorstep Collections

Anglo Doorstep Collections collects unwanted clothes, shoes and household textiles from your doorstep, free of charge, and turns them into funds for charity. A large percentage of the proceeds from your donation goes to charity, and you can choose which one benefits when you book.

BOOK IN ABOUT A MINUTE
Enter your postcode, pick a date from the slots available in your area, and you're done. No phone calls and no waiting in — leave your bags out by 8am on the day and our driver does the rest.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
• See your next collection and everything else you have booked
• Change the date or cancel any collection yourself, whenever you like
• Save more than one address — your home, a relative's, your workplace — and book each one separately
• Choose which charity your donation supports, or leave the choice to us

TRACK YOUR DRIVER ON THE DAY
Once the van is on its way you can see how far off it is, which stop you are, and the expected time window — so you know whether you have five minutes or an hour.

WHAT WE CAN COLLECT
Clothing, shoes, bags, belts, bed linen, curtains and soft toys are all welcome. Please keep everything clean, dry and bagged — wet donations cannot be resold, so tied plastic bags work far better than cardboard boxes. Leave them somewhere visible from the road and sheltered if you can: a porch, a doorstep or a driveway.

WHAT WE CANNOT TAKE
Duvets, pillows, furniture or electrical items.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
Answers to the common questions are built in, and if yours isn't there you can message us from inside the app and follow the reply in the same thread.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR DATA
Sign in with your email address to see your collections on any device. We ask for your name, address, phone number and email because we are sending a van to your door — nothing more. We do not track your location, we run no advertising, and we do not sell or share your details. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.

Clearing out a wardrobe should not be difficult. Book a collection and we will come to you.
