Renaming the app and changing the icon ##☆●○ (annoying) screwed up my workout not finding the app and couldn't turn on noise reduction. Just leave the app icon be, so you don't screw with people. You lost a star.

Stop trying to make this an AI app. You make earbuds and headphones. All this app has done and needs to do is change noise-canceling settings and EQ. We don't need another AI that spies on us and saves conversations. We don't want to participate in your sleep study. Your users are just trying to press a button to turn on or off noise-canceling. All of your users already have access to high quality frontier models available from megacorp and don't need another AI.

S20i earbuds connects via Bluetooth to my phone 3.5-year-old Samsung A53 phone with no issues. The Sound core app recognizes the ear buds, but will not open up any further, so I can make adjustments and see what it offers. Done everything from deleting/reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, having a friend in IT to see what is wrong and is still nonfunctional. Hopefully a remedy can be found for this issue.

Please provide a firmware update for the Liberty 4 NC. It has bugs with activating Gaming Mode and some other features. When you turn them on, they appear to be enabled, but they do not actually work.
