You can also share Eufy smart home devices with family members, so everyone can set their own personal preferences for each device.
How to use eufy Clean: -Note: For new products released after 2026 (such as C28, S2, etc.), please use the eufy app.
- Registering your account: After downloading the app, create and register an account with your Email address. (Or directly log in with your EufyLife account)
- Adding devices: Open the eufy Clean app and follow the intuitive setup procedure to pair new devices with your smartphone. If a device has already been setup by another family member, you can request control access to operate that device from that family member.
- Using devices: After successfully pairing the new device, it will show up in the device list. Simply tap the icon you wish to use and start enjoying the Eufy smart home experience.

The vacuum works fine. No problem with cleaning or getting around stuff. Maintenance is a little hard, parts are a bit more expensive than others. every now and then it gets stuck, and you have to move it to somewhere else. But that's typical for this. But overall every time it vacuums the house it is full of dirt and debris. So honestly it's not bad for the price and the abilities of the vacuum. It needs the ability to have multiple alarms set for the same day, and it's algorithm a bit

App works but EUF apps too large Do not discontinue this app. I have limited space on my phone and the new all-in-one app is more than double the size of this one (over 650mb), which is ridiculous. Even the size of this app at 350mb is ridiculous and is the largest app on my phone besides a full-fledged 3d video game, and I regularly have to temporarily uninstall this app to have room to update my other apps. Please decrease the size of this app as well. It works, it's just way too large. (Maybe you're storing all product photos & videos locally? There must be ways to drop the size significantly.)

Need to reconnect to app/Wi-Fi at least once a week every app update makes the experience worse it just needs to start stop map and make zones this is awful

The maps keep deleting, especially with multifloor. I have to keep remapping two floors and then add boundaries and no-go zones. I might aswell throw this in the trash and vacuum myself. Will look for a refund from EUF for my vacuum...
