I only use this with Bluetooth as I am on the road so much. The only thing I hate is that you can not get an alert when it drops below a certain power percentage. That makes me crazy. Otherwise, I LOVE my Anker Soliz C2000 Gen 2 and the app.

It's a good app but needs some extra attention to the region setting especially. Only after a lot of hours chatting with Google Gemini and sharing a lot of photos and screenshots, finally I found out that the region setting of the app was wrong (US by default in my case, instead of the Netherlands where I live). After changing to the correct region, all the connections went successfully for my Anker SOLIX Solar bank MAX AC, Anker P1 meter and Anker Smart Plug with this app!!

I don't know what weather service they're using, but Storm Guard is always kicking in with no storm in the forecast... It just did it again. There is no storm forecasted for the next 36 hrs. Turning storm guard off. We will just have to watch the weather myself.

My Anker Prime 250W charger's firmware died unexpectedly while plugged in. Now it only shows the Anker logo, and I can't control it or connect to the app. It still charges, but I'm not sure it's safe. The international seller declined compensation. Anker has no service in my hometown, Dubai, or Turkey. They just sell low-quality products and don't refund. Good strategy 🫡 UPD: I've contacted Anker, and they said it's impossible to do anything became my check from an unofficial dealer.

I use the anchor app for probably a year and a half, and then I decided to download the pro and for the first time I actually read the terms of service. The terms of service are so powerful in their favor that I had to delete the app. I don't want any company especially a Chinese owned company to have that much control over my device or my data. I did find a workaround, I connect to the Anker battery, with the app using Bluetooth only, on an old phone with no cell service and Wi-Fi turned off.
