Description
Antenno helps connect you with councils in your area that use the app, so you can be informed and get involved.
Through Antenno you can receive up-to-date, relevant notifications for places and topics you care about. Each Antenno post shows the logo of the council or authority publishing it, so you know the source of the information. And if you spot a problem or have a suggestion, you can report this to authorities quickly and easily, helping to improve your community.
The app is simple and easy to use. You don't need a login, and you don't need check the app for new information - Antenno lets you know when something comes up.
Antenno is used by a growing number of councils. If you'd like know whether your region is on board, check with your council, or email the Antenno team at Datacom on antenno.support@datacom.co.nz.
Recent changes: You may notice Antenno is looking a little different — we've switched things up with a new purple colour scheme!
You can now archive issue reports once you've sent them, keeping your list nice and tidy. If your council responds via Antenno, we'll automatically bring the report back so you don't miss it.
We've fixed a few bugs in creating reports.

I get alerts for upcoming road works, weather event warnings and Council generated alerts. I think this is a great app as it notifies in advance of the event. I would give it 5 stars if the app had a few words in the "more" section, that explains that notifications can be deleted by swiping the alerts to the left or the right on the screen.

I have used this app for some years and found it very helpful to report to our local council on many issues they can rectify. For example a manhole cover on the main highway that rattles when vehicles drive over it. The cover is on the road drive line, just to the left of center line. This report resulted in contractors replacement of cover. However, from the updated app I now do not have ability to delete old reported posts. I do believe it may be rectified in 2026, thanks.

Porrima city council - this app tells you to get the recycling bin out on the week that's not my collection week! Got advised to reinstall app, has not helped. My address shows correctly on app, so I'm not sure why the app is so confused with bin collection schedule? I did email my address to the email address given above but apparently my email was blocked by your server!

Bin schedule not listed. I have added my address as home. There is no news. It does not give me my bin schedule, and I have never received any alerts or notifications for my bins for my old address as well. Such a waste of time installing the app

Very clumsier and clunky to use. Not intuitive and difficult to provide feedback. Alerts re rubbish collections and other council matters do not have addresses attached so no idea which property they relate to. Very limited options for feedback and will not allow messages if all options do not have data. Good concept poorly designed at present.

How do I update my app without deleting and reinstalling? Last posts I have were 2021 (I installed on Dads Android, and he still gets posts on rubbish days but for some reason mine stopped)
