I had originally thought this service was invaluable as a disabled individual and parent to neurodivergent children. However, the app doesn't work properly (ordered a taxi from Alloa train station... the taxi turned up at Alloa West End park... the other side of the town), they routinely turn up between 5 and 10 minutes EARLY for trips that are prebooked for a specific time, making me feel rushed to get out of the house. Abysmal customer service. Would not recommend. Great drivers though.

I use the App but, I don't like it always shows the wrong address for some reason, obviously not accurate I'm at 16 and every time it comes up as 12 or 14? Even having saved my address as 16.
