New bug on Android 13 or superfast phones (p7 pro): if you keep the phone on the barcode for less than 2 seconds it will mostly double scan it, and you get a notification message. The issue is for upcoming items you won't be able to scan any code at any circumstances, unless your force stop the app from the app info. Annoying.

Sometimes this app show you wrong location of customer house. And you waste your lots of time by finding house in another end of street. Another issue it that this app not seems like developed by apple Express, seems like they bought source code and just changed name and icons. Maybe that's why whenever they call you, they had no idea when you have a problem because of this version of app. However, this app is better than older app in some cases, at least this app not crash too many times.

1- This app gives you wrong locations 2- crashes sometimes 3- scanning packages upon arrival most of the time doesn't work. You have to enter the number manually.

Disgusting, there's no other words for it but disgusting. And this is what you consider service.... no accountability.... useless If I could add pictures to the horror that I witnessed on where They consider acceptable delivery disgusting
